Why High VG produces more Smoke?

If you love to impress your friends with massive and thick clouds of vapour, you need a high VG juice in your tank. High VG means that the e-liquid has more vegetable glycerin than propylene glycol, which makes it thicker and smoother. A high VG juice will have a VG: PG ratio of around 80:20 or 70:30. Which will produce dense and satisfying clouds that linger in the air. 

Is Higher VG Safe?

When choosing a high VG e-liquid, you need to consider the type of coil you are using. High VG e-liquids are best suited for low resistance coils (below 1ohm), which can handle the thicker and smoother liquid. High VG e-liquids will give you more vapour and a softer throat-hit, but they can also gunk up your coils faster. On the other hand, 50/50 e-liquids are more compatible with higher resistance coils (above 1ohm), which can wick the thinner and sharper liquid more easily. 50/50 e-liquids will give you less vapour and a stronger throat-hit, but they will also extend the life of your coils.
