Shortfill e-liquids are larger bottles of liquid with 0mg nicotine strength, such as 50ml and 100ml bottles, that are only filled to 80% capacity, thus the name. The remaining space lets you to add a 10ml nicotine shot (or two) to achieve the nicotine strength you desire.

Shortfill e-liquids were developed as a way to meet the standards established by the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD). These rules state that nicotine-containing e-liquids cannot be marketed in containers bigger than 10ml. The idea of shortfill was developed to provide vapers a greater value for their money.
An e-liquid shortfill is a bigger container that is nicotine-free. Flavoured e-liquid fills the bottle to around 80% of its capacity, allowing room for vapers to add their own level of nicotine. Shortfills were initially sold in 60ml bottles containing 50ml of e-liquid, but they are now offered in a variety of sizes, ranging from 25ml to 200ml. Shortfill e-liquids often have a 70/30 VG/PG ratio, making them suited for sub-ohm vaping. To satisfy varied tastes, our selection of shortfill e-liquids comes in a wide range of flavours.
How Do You Make a Shortfill Vape?
Creating a Shortfill is an easy process, here's the guide:-
- Remove the cap and pipette from the Shortfill liquid bottle.
- Take your preferred nicotine shot dosage, making sure it is the strength you want.
- Squeeze the Nic shot into the shortfill liquid bottle with care, making sure to apply the correct quantity.
- Replace the nozzle and put the cap back on the bottle.
- Give it a shake thoroughly for an appropriate amount of time. This facilitates the combination of nicotine with flavours, resulting in a detectable taste.
- Wait for the liquid to settle. Examine the mixture for any lingering bubbles. After the bubbles dissipate, the liquid has settled thoroughly.
- Fill your tank with the blended shortfill e-liquid and enjoy short fill vaping.
How to Increase the Nicotine Strength of a Shortfill?
If you own a 50ml short fill bottle and wish to mix it to 3mg, add one 10ml 18mg nicotine bottle.To achieve a greater nicotine strength, such as 6mg, you would need to add two 10ml 18mg nicotine bottles. If the shortfill bottle doesn't have enough area for two bottles, you may need to drain out some e-liquid before combining to create place for the extra nicotine.
If you prefer a lower nicotine dosage, you may add less nicotine. If you want a very weak nicotine dosage, for example, apply only half of the 10ml 18mg nicotine shot to your 50ml shortfill container.
Can You Vape Shortfills Without Adding Nicotine?
Yes, you can vape shortfills without adding nicotine. Short e-liquid bottles are designed to allow users to add their desired amount of nicotine, but they can also be enjoyed without any nicotine at all. The shortfill e-liquid in the bottle is typically flavoured, and you can vape it as is for the taste and vapour production without the addition of nicotine.
